Sixty-four channel multiclient MIDI driver for standard Windows 95/98 applications (non-ASIO). We have fixed many previous bugs in these drivers and also new core code now supports the ASIO 2.40 driver for 30ms latency.

The multiclient access means that XGEDIT and VST/Cakewalk/Logic can run at the same time without the need for Hubis loopback. However please note that to record sysex or controller data into the event list of these sequencers, you will still need to configure a Hubi pipe as with previous drivers.

Please note: This driver set is for non ASIO users only!

XGC came into existence primarily to work with user patches on the Yamaha SW60XG. In the process of implementing this functionality, many of the capabilities of current XG editors were duplicated. It only works with 16 parts, for example, and only deals with the FX and patches available in the lesser XG units, specifically the SW60XG.
